At Clarity Cove Psychology, my goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and genuinely understood. Therapy is a collaborative process; your voice, values, and goals are central to the work we do together.
Your first session is typically an intake and general assessment, where we explore what’s bringing you in, your current concerns, and what you hope to achieve through therapy. It’s also a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship.
This session may include questions about your background, emotional and mental health, and areas of strength and challenge. Everything is paced according to your comfort level, and there is no pressure to share more than you’re ready to. Together, we’ll start to outline goals and begin shaping a path forward that aligns with your needs.

As a provisional psychologist in private practice, Clarity Cove Psychology follows the Psychologists’ Association of Alberta (PAA) fee schedule, which recommends $235 per 50-minute session.
Clarity Cove charges $200 per session, in an effort to keep services more accessible while maintaining high standards of care.
This fee reflects the cost of providing professional, ethical, and evidence-based therapy; including clinical training, supervision, preparation time, and practice overhead. Fees are reviewed regularly and remain aligned with PAA guidelines.

As a Registered Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP), I am currently able to work with clients who are residents of Alberta. My registration with CAP ensures that I am held to high professional and ethical standards, which is crucial for providing safe and effective care.
Because my license is specific to Alberta, I am unable to see clients outside the province. Thank you for your understanding, and I look forward to supporting you in your mental health journey.

Although your therapist may recommend a frequency basis for sessions based on your unique needs and concerns - therapy is flexible and completely on your own terms. Based on how you’re feeling, you will decide how often, and when sessions are scheduled.
At Clarity Cove, there’s no pressure to come weekly, or even monthly, if you feel as if it’s too much to fit into your lifestyle.

Having a trusted friend nearby can feel comforting. However, individual therapy is designed to be a one-on-one space between you and your therapist.
Attending therapy sessions alone ensures a safe, private, and focused environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly.
